For our partner, a company known for its high quality and customer satisfaction, and with a strong reputation worldwide, we are looking for a
commercial team assistant (m/f/d) in
full-time at our
Munich location.



This is what your daily work looks like

  • Recording working hours in SAP R/
  • Determining absences
  • Entering overtime and travel times, etc.
  • Organizing, booking, and settling business trips
  • Delegating and approving already approved settlements
  • Placing orders for office supplies
  • Coordinating temporary workers (application, extensions, time tracking), contacting temporary employment agencies, and maintaining data
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining personnelrelated lists (Excel)

What makes you stand out for this job

  • Commercial education, e.g.
    industrial clerk, office clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), or comparable commercial education
- Professional experience in **
