Description:

The FTTX Project Manager will develop, establish, and maintain standards for Outside Plant (OSP) engineering and deliver OSP engineering results.

You will work to further develop the OSP engineering process and incorporate new tools and methods. Additionally, you will focus on the collaboration process and building relationships with customers, internal and external functional teams. You will establish and maintain organizational alignment with the rest of the company to support key performance indicators.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the implementation of FTTX projects, develop strategy, financial and resource allocation plans for optimized productivity
Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget in an international environment with flat hierarchies (we all use informal address)
Supervise or delegate daytoday operations, assign and track performance goals while enforcing internal or external policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and guidelines
Provide guidance and feedback to help others improve specific knowledge/skills
Review and improve organizational efficiency by developing processes, supervising employees, creating a highly motivated work environment, and developing innovative approaches for improvements
Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of employees to collectively develop the skills of our organization
Seek expansion and growth
