The Handel- und Lagerservice GmbH is looking for a dedicated and qualified

Student Assistant for IT Support (m/f/d)

at HLS GmbH in the IT end user support department

In your role, you will support the full-time colleagues in, among other things:


• Preparation of smartphones, tablets and laptops for end users

• Testing of device returns for functionality

• Device management via our mobile device management system

• Support for cases in the Apple environment


• Creation of simple instructions for end users


• Various projects, e.g. in the digitization of our service employees in REWE supermarkets and Toom hardware stores
