Our market hall is part of the GLOBUS Holding, a family-owned company founded almost 200 years ago with over employees today.

As a butcher, you will be responsible for breaking down animal carcasses, preparing meat for sale, and processing parts into meat and sausage products.

You will also be in charge of tasks such as grinding, cooking, boiling, or smoking meat. Depending on the recipe, you will add ingredients and seasonings to create sausages, delicatessen, and salads.
