To strengthen our personnel team at our location 95703 Plößberg, we are looking for a Human Resources Officer / HR Generalist / HR Expert / HR Specialist / HR Business Partner / HR Manager / Recruiter / Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

Advising and supporting employees on personnelrelated issues
Selection, hiring and support of apprentices at Ziegler Group, including maintaining contact with the Chamber of Commerce and vocational school
Support in daily operations (applicant management, personnel selection, contract design, onboarding, etc.)
Collaboration in positioning and strategic development of the Ziegler-KarriereUP brand
Support for HR events and job fairs
Further development of personnel processes and digitalization of HR technologies
Tracking and analysis of implemented measures and projects

Qualifications:

Completed university degree with a focus on human resources, or comparable education with further training as a personnel specialist
First professional experience in personnel management / recruiting
Enjoyment in working with people and a professional demeanor
Strong communication skills, empathy and mediation skills
Independent, efficient and structured work in a team structure
Good judgment, conceptual skills and high service orientation
