For a maternity leave replacement at our location in Dreihausen, we are looking for a part-time (30 hours) Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d) for a fixed term of 24 months.

Your responsibilities:

Coordination of the HACCP team, including creating relevant training materials, and updating HACCPrelated documentation, including glass and allergen management
Conducting error analyses and risk assessments
Creating verification and validation regarding HACCP
Handling customer complaints, analyzing the cause of errors, and creating statistical evaluations
Collaboration in the introduction of new raw materials in cooperation with R&D as part of the material selection process
Raw material complaints, conducting supplier audits, and creating and maintaining raw material documentation
Organizing and monitoring largescale experiments related to raw materials, as well as creating corresponding result reports

Your profile:

Degree in nutrition science/food science/natural sciences or equivalent professional experience
Quick problem recognition and solution competence
Independent work and assertiveness
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Flexible working hours by arrangement
