Your tasks:

Disciplinary and professional leadership as well as development of a team in the area of Solution/Requirement Management
Formation of the professional interface and responsibility for the crossprogram transfer of knowledge and competencies, as well as ensuring the training and development of team members
Support in deriving subgoals from the goals of the business field for the functional area and the program
Participation in the development of the strategy for the functional area and the program, in line with the achievement of goals and the expansion of the business
Generating solution and product ideas within digitalization projects in the program
Initiating efficiency measures in the areas of processes and methods
Acting as a contact person for other departments and networking with other subject matter experts within the company

Your profile:

Completed university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification with a technical focus
Relevant professional experience in a senior manager position or a comparable position with personnel responsibility is advantageous
Experience in analyzing, modifying, optimizing and redefining business processes, particularly in relation to IT systems and solutions, as well as in establishing businessrelevant processes in the areas of sales, production and support
Willingness to act in accordance with the market and the expectations of internal and external customers
Independent work style combined with a sense of responsibility and assertiveness
