RSW stands for accounting, taxes, and business law. This program will not only advance your theoretical knowledge, but also provide practical experience at RTS and DHBW. It's a great step towards your future, as dual studies offer many opportunities. After six semesters, you will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree and have endless possibilities, including with us.

You will also receive a competitive salary package, with the option to choose between a base salary or a RTS Mini Cooper, a language course, or a monthly salary supplement.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in an introductory week with other dual students and apprentices in your cohort.

You will also have access to the E-Learning platform "Steuer-Azubis" and other tools such as the 10-finger typing challenge.

Your tasks will include studying for three years, alternating between theory and practice at DHBW and with us.

You will gain a comprehensive understanding of all areas of tax consulting, from financial accounting to annual statements and private and corporate tax returns.
