Assistant in the front office of Urology and for accompanying consultations (m/f/d)

Your tasks include in particular the coordination of appointments and accompanying the consultations of the chief physician, as well as the telephone and personal care of patients, correspondence for the chief physician, and preparation of billing.

In addition to a completed training in the field of medical assistance, you have several years of professional experience in the field of urology.

You are familiar with medical terminology and proficient in using common computer programs (especially Office), hospital information systems, and modern office communication.

Knowledge of English in spoken and written form is advantageous.
