Responsibilities * Planning and deployment of all available means of transportation * Supervision of drivers and contract drivers * Data entry * Recording and processing of all transport orders * Handling of customer complaints and damage cases * Assisting in other dispatch areas Requirements * Completed vocational training * Experience in the transport industry, preferably as a driver * Good geographical knowledge * Economic, solution-oriented thinking as well as organizational skills * Flexible, resilient, team-oriented and reliable * Knowledge of computer and PC applications * Mobility is mandatory * Good language skills in French and Italian are an advantage * Evening and night work (approx. 6pm) We offer * Interesting and varied tasks in a dynamic environment * Thorough internal introduction and careful training * Progressive and modern working conditions
