This is the work environment:

Experience digitalization up close. In the department of individual software solutions & consulting ecosystem, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and colleagues. Together, we accompany our customers in the digitalization of their business processes. You will work closely with the product owner.

These are the tasks:

You support our colleagues in pre-qualification and support in the area of individual solutions and interfaces.
You take on the provision of data for requirement and error analysis for team colleagues and support in testing individual solutions.
You work closely with the development team and provide support in deploying solutions.
You take on tasks in the areas of knowledge management, customer self-services, and maintenance of internal documentation for various services (especially FAQ lists).
You independently take responsibility for various tasks.

We are looking for:

You are currently studying computer science, business informatics, or a comparable degree and want to apply your already acquired knowledge in practice.
You enjoy customer service and have strong soft skills, especially communication skills when dealing with demanding customers.
You have a broad technical understanding and are interested in dealing with digital processes, as well as having some experience in Net C#.
