We operate nationwide with a focus on the metropolitan areas of Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, Frankfurt/Main, Düsseldorf, and Munich.

Responsibilities:

To support our growing team, we are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time at our locations in Berlin, Hamburg, and Aachen.

What will be your tasks?

Independent support of multiple clients and (Junior) HR Business Partners, and ultimately the entire region, in particular
Internal development of allaboutHRLaw together with the management team
Management of employees in the region
Management of clients in the region together with responsible (Junior) HR Business Partners
Establishment of human resources work for new or selected clients
Consulting of executives on all personnel issues
Operational human resources work as needed
Focus on and further development of an HR area of your choice
