Your tasks:

  • Performing caretaker and repair work on building and facility technology
  • Conducting inspections on building and facility systems
  • Ensuring safety, order, and cleanliness of building and facility technology
  • Installation and maintenance of technical and sanitary facilities and systems
  • Performing painting and decorating work
  • Assisting with maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of operating technology
