Operations Cost Clerk (m/f/d), based in Berlin

Your responsibilities

Creating all billing structures in the system
Maintaining master data relevant for billing and accounting
Adjusting bills according to contractual and legal regulations
Reviewing, reconciling, and clarifying operating cost accounts
Conducting plausibility checks for billed costs and their allocation
Preparing cost reports and data exchange for consumption-based costs
Creating operating and heating cost statements for residential and commercial properties
Reviewing and determining advance payments for additional costs
Handling objections to operating cost statements

Your profile

Completed training as a real estate clerk or a comparable qualification
(Initial) professional experience in the field of operating cost accounting and rental/financial accounting
Ideally, initial experience with a real estate ERP system, preferably WODIS
Independent and responsible work ethic with a high level of teamwork
Structured and careful work with a strong affinity for numbers
Good knowledge of MS Office
