Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with other IT teams, departments, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and dependencies, and ensure alignment of development efforts with organizational goals.
Foster a collaborative and highperforming team culture, motivating team members to achieve their full potential.
Ensure software meets quality standards, is free from defects, and meets user experience.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python,.Net, C#, Angular, and familiarity with modern development frameworks
Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure
Experience with containerization technologies
Exceptional problemsolving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment

Desired Qualifications:

Professional certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and Project Management Professional is a plus.
Experience managing diverse teams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Relocation will not be provided.
