Good morning, this process would be for my husband. We got married in April 2022 through a civil ceremony, but he is still legally married through the church. I'm not sure if the circumstances of his divorce would be relevant: about 11 years ago, his ex-wife left the home without warning, leaving him with their 15-year-old son who was living with them. She never returned or gave an explanation for her departure. Currently, she has some relationship with their son and another child they have in common who is 32 years old.I would like to know, please, if there is any possibility of obtaining an annulment from the church based on this situation, and what would be the total cost of the process. I would also like to know the approximate amount that the church would charge for the annulment, if it is granted.
