  • Consulting for national and international medium-sized companies on tax and business matters
  • Responsibility for financial statements and special audits
  • Consulting on complex issues such as restructuring
  • Support for clients in transactions and due diligence processes
  • Preparation and quality assurance of quarterly and annual financial statements as well as tax returns, also in a group context
  • Active support in the development of the firm
