Summary


Responsible for fielding and managing inquiries, in keeping with Parkview Health's established customer service expectations, with respects to claims status, benefit quoting, payment determination for Health Plan Services.


Education
High School graduate or equivalent GED. Some post high school education preferred. Completion of medical terminology class and customer service training preferred.


Experience
Must have previous customer service experience with demonstrated outcomes in problem resolution. Must have prior experience in medical claim processing or healthcare operations, insurance or utilization management.


Other Qualifications
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to function proficiently in various software packages that support Customer Relationship Management. Experience in Word, Excel and Access needed.

Schedule:
Full Time Benefit Eligible, Days, M-F 8:00-4:30
