Job Summary
Ampure is looking for an experienced Finance Program Manager to join our Global Finance Team. In this role, you will lead and support finance-led initiatives as part of our company-wide transformation project that covers ERP, Engineering tools, CRM, Customer Service, and other applications.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Finance, Program Management, and Technology to effectively engage with diverse stakeholder groups. We seek an entrepreneurial self-starter with strong business acumen, technical background, and excellent communication skills to drive project success.
What You'll Do
- Manage the design and implementation of financial requirements, processes, and systems effectively
- Provide implementation expertise and collaborate with Finance team members and the business to gather and design business requirements and processes
- Lead project scope, risks, and timelines with cross-functional teams
- Assist in system configuration and testing
- Develop and execute project management plans and methodologies
- Offer training and support to end users on new financial systems and processes
- Lead Finance-driven work, coordinating stakeholder groups and initiating programs
- Prepare detailed project tracking documentation and status updates for assigned projects
- Identify project risks and escalate issues promptly to leadership
- Present complex concepts to executive leadership and justify potential outcomes
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting along with technical exposure
- 3+ years of managing and implementing financial IT systems projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills, flexibility, creativity, and results orientation
- Sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience with large-scale project implementations impacting end-to-end business functions and systems
- Ability to liaise between business partners, coordinate project kick-offs, stakeholder meetings, and drive projects to completion
- Efficiently manage tight deadlines and prioritize workload for effective results
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and seek clarification when needed
- Techno-financial functional skills with a good understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment with cross-functional teams
- Mandatory experience with NetSuite
