Your Mission

  • You will take on the technical leadership (process knowledge) of the employees directly under your supervision
  • You will design efficient teams and processes with corresponding deadlines
  • You will work on process design and monitor them according to work instructions (WI's), and make adjustments when necessary
  • You will monitor daily operations systematically and ensure order and cleanliness
  • You will ensure optimal capacity planning/vacation planning and maintain communication with superiors and the team
  • You will analyze key performance indicators and maintain them
  • You will also work in daily operations

Your Talents

  • Education in warehouse logistics, logistics master, or similar
  • Several years of experience in the logistics field
  • Leadership experience in groups with more than 10 people
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility in dealing with changing work situations
  • Proficient in both German and English
