We are looking for you as an educational companion (m/f/d) in our vocational training area in Nidda, Meadow Valley, CA:

The Wetteraukreis gGmbH for people with disabilities (bhw) promotes, supports and accompanies people with intellectual and multiple disabilities. Social participation, vocational qualification and integration into the general labor market are essential goals of the company.

In addition to various forms of housing and a daycare center for children with and without support needs, we operate four workshops and a central vocational training area throughout the Wetteraukreis.

There, we support young people with disabilities to provide them with a suitable start into working life.

Your future responsibilities:

You prepare and conduct vocational training programs for people with disabilities.
You work with the participants to analyze their competencies and create individual career plans.
You develop educational plans and implement them, and assess the achievement of goals.
You maintain necessary documentation within the scope of the measures.
You organize and accompany internships.
