Description
Overview of the training

If you are interested in chemistry and the secrets of nature, have a strong understanding of mathematics and science, and possess experimental skills, then an apprenticeship as a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d) may be the right choice for you.

Chemical laboratory technicians independently carry out analyses and quality control, syntheses, and measurement tasks. They plan laboratory workflows, document their work, and evaluate the results. They must also adhere to regulations and guidelines for occupational safety, health protection, environmental protection, and quality assurance. They typically work in a team with scientists and engineers.

You can expect a broad scientific education, and in the final third of your training, you will acquire specialized knowledge and skills in pectin and food analysis, enabling you to work in various areas as part of a team or on projects.
The two-year basic training includes analytical chemistry, performing process engineering tasks, and applying and sampling the products produced. After passing the intermediate examination, you will receive specialized training in the company.
