Job Overview:
Unlimited Bounds is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to fill the role of Program
Manager for our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program. The Program Manager will be
responsible for overseeing the overall operations, strategic planning, and quality of care
within the program, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and effective services to
individuals seeking recovery from substance use challenges.


Responsibilities:


Program Leadership:

  • Provide visionary and strategic leadership to ensure the overall success
and growth of the SUD program.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align program goals with
organizational objectives.


Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee daytoday operations of the program, including residential
facilities, outpatient services, and any ancillary programs.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and
accreditation requirements.


Team Management:

  • Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, including clinical staff, case
managers, counselors, and support personnel.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes
professional growth and development.


Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the SUD
program in alignment with the organization's mission.

  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make datadriven decisions for
continuous improvement.


Community Engagement:

  • Represent the program in the community, building and maintaining
positive relationships with stakeholders, referral sources, and community

partners.

  • Participate in advocacy efforts to raise awareness about substance use
issues and promote access to services.


Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure the highest
standards of care.

  • Conduct regular program evaluations, reviews, and audits to assess
compliance and effectiveness.


Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility
and efficient use of resources.

  • Collaborate with the finance department to secure funding, grants, and
donations.


Staff Training and Development:

  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for
program staff.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, research, and best practices to inform
program enhancements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in managing Substance Use
Disorder programs or related behavioral health programs.

  • Strong knowledge of evidencebased practices in the field of substance use
treatment.


Salary:

$75, $80,000.00 per year plus a $ Sign on Bonus (After a successful 90-day and 180-day performance review)

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • On site/In Person

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Curtis Bay, MD 21226: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education

  • Degree, Psychology or Counseling

Experience:


  • 3 to 5 years experience as a Manager or Supervisor
  • Addictions, substance abuse experience preferred
License/Certification

  • Maryland Sate Board of Professional Counselor Supervisor Approval in Drug and Alcohol Counseling
