Description
  • Assuming tasks for stabilizing and optimizing operations in a decentralized terminal server environment (Citrix Netscaler, Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix Provisioning Services) in Dayton
  • Second and third level activities (including developing solutions in collaboration with Citrix and Microsoft)
  • Change, release, and configuration management
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation specific to tasks
  • Participating in projects to fulfill contractual obligations
  • Being on call for emergencies
  • Completed IT degree or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the mentioned tasks
  • Experience with scripting and automation in the Microsoft and Citrix environment
  • Experience with IT service management, ITIL certification preferred
  • Experience in government agencies (security agencies / military with a focus on IT) preferred
  • Practical experience in virtual collaboration
  • Strong customer and results orientation
  • Negotiation skills in German and good English skills
  • Participating in innovative digitalization projects and working closely with manufacturers
