Berlin Study Assistant / Study Nurse (m/f/d) The Fraunhofer Society (currently operates 76 institutes and research facilities in Germany and is the world's leading organization for applied research.

The Fraunhofer Institute for Translational Medicine and Pharmacology ITMP-IA at the Berlin/Steglitz location conducts research on the development of better solutions for patients with allergies and other mast cell-mediated diseases.

For the new Fraunhofer Institute, which is being established in cooperation with the Charité at the Berlin location, we are looking for a Study Assistant / Study Nurse (m/f/d).

What you will do Organizational support for clinical studies Conducting study visits in close cooperation with the medical team Processing of patient primary material (blood samples, skin biopsies, swabs) Independent scheduling and support of study patients Collection and documentation of patient data Setting up and independent maintenance of study folders Monitoring and provision of investigational medication Support of studies during audits and inspections Independent organization and execution of sample shipments Contact person for patients, relatives, treating physicians and monitoring Study-specific activities on study patients, such as blood draws, ECG, testing Management of study databases Recruitment of patients Participation in investigator meetings / events of the working group What you bring Vocational training (or degree) in a medical field Ideally experience in conducting clinical studies Current GCP certificate desirable Basic understanding of ECG monitoring/telemetry examination
