Your daily tasks:

You will take on disciplinary and professional leadership of your team, including personnel planning.
You will be the contact person for all medical controlling, medical documentation inquiries, and preparation and support of medical audits.
With your controlling expertise, you will support projects and drive the development of professional topics and your team.
You will prepare and conduct budget and salary negotiations.
You will advise and support the management and your team, including coding specialists, in all areas of medical controlling and ensure transparency in service provision.

Your strengths:

You have a degree in health economics, medicine, nursing, or business, such as business administration, medicine, or hospital management.
You have further training in medical controlling, are a medical documentation assistant, coding specialist, or have a comparable qualification.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in medical controlling, ideally with some leadership experience.
You are familiar with coding rules and data protection regulations.
You have a cooperative leadership style and know when to assert yourself.
