Your tasks will include

You are responsible for the entire recruitment process from job posting to contract signing
Actively searching and approaching potential candidates through various channels and platforms is part of your tasks
You conduct job interviews and selection processes in close cooperation with the departments
You are responsible for the further development and optimization of recruiting processes and tools
You collect, analyze and create reports on recruiting key figures
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates is part of your tasks
You participate in trade fairs, university or college events to identify potential candidates
You are involved in various projects and special tasks related to personnel marketing & recruiting
