But first of all:
In our production facility, there is no slaughtering. However, you will accompany the entire process chain, starting with the dissection of the delivered meat parts.

Afterwards, you will continue with the professional processing of the meat pieces, which are then sold in our service counters.

Your tasks also include the production of all imaginable types of sausages, as well as ready-to-sell roasts, skewers, and other specialties.

Quality and hygienic safety play a major role in all production steps, as well as freshness and reliability.

Duration and process

Your apprenticeship will last for three years. After passing the exam, you will be a butcher.

During your training, you will learn how to handle meat and sausage products, how to handle food, and how to refine meat into specialties - an apprenticeship that is characterized by great teamwork and aims for a secure job.
