The Department of Construction and Real Estate is the central point of contact for all municipal stakeholders in construction and real estate matters, consolidating all real estate expertise in one place within the city administration.

The goal of the Project Advisory Department is to economically develop and utilize the city of Frankfurt's properties through a holistic approach. The Project Advisory Department advises stakeholders on project development and initiation of particularly responsible new construction, renovation, expansion, and remodeling measures, as well as managing projects in alternative procurement models.

We are currently seeking a:
