Your tasks:

  • Monitoring and optimization of assembly lines and assembly processes for sample and pre-series products
  • Supervision of employees in manual assembly
  • Implementation of measures to increase productivity and/or improve quality of equipment and measuring devices
  • Tool optimization and implementation of new manufacturing techniques in the assembly process
  • Error analysis in mechanics and electronics
  • Implementation of quality assurance measures

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or similar
  • Professional experience in assembly preferred
  • Good computer skills
  • Independent and flexible work style
  • Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork
