Responsibilities Include:

• Working closely with dispatcher scheduling appointments, following up on driver credentialing, qualifications, and onboarding.
• Monitoring internal systems for proper updates from drivers and confirming that proper paperwork has been uploaded
• Assist with yard checks and equipment tracking
• Daily communication with drivers
• Learn dispatch system to be a backup for dispatch
• Keeping records, monitoring drivers' daily logs for errors or violations, and monitoring their working hours and equipment availability
• Serving as a reliable point of contact to drivers
• Coordinating and managing the most efficient loads to remain costeffective as a company, combining shipments based on their routes and timeline to minimize how many trucks and drivers are out
• Onboarding new drivers and making sure proper credentialing is maintained.

• Be able to learn Profit tools, Disc-Mobile, and our ELD (Verizon Workplan)

Hours:
Monday-Friday 9-6pm


Compensation:
$38,000.00 Per/Year
