We are a small family-owned company with 4 properties in Düsseldorf and we are looking for a caretaker for our administration.


Responsibilities:


In addition to general property maintenance, tasks will include painting, minor electrical and assembly work, moving trash bins, site supervision, and clearing out debris.

Training is available.


Qualifications:
You should be independent, motivated, helpful, and have good manual skills.

A driver's license and a car are required.


Benefits:
The properties are mostly commercial and located in Düsseldorf (Gerresheim, Wersten, and Pempelfort). The administration consists of only one accountant and one owner. The atmosphere is very friendly and family-oriented.
