    Job Duties:

    The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides direct nursing care to the clients according to physicians' orders and applicable client care standards within their scope of practice.

    The Nurse will provide direction to non-licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operation of the unit.

    Current CPR and first aid certifications.

    • The Crestwood Center San Jose Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) on our San Jose campus is in close proximity to the mental health support services in Santa Clara County. We provide medication management, WRAP, DBT support, welcoming rituals, behavioral interventions, psycho-therapy, psychosocial education and a thorough transition plan to enable a successful return to the community.
    The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Our employees are our most valuable assets.
