Description

We are seeking a leader to manage and guide a team of approximately 25 employees, overseeing resource allocation and monitoring the achievement of goals (such as utilization and development targets) within their area of responsibility.

This role will also involve ensuring the capability of our organization and implementing measures to fulfill our objectives. Additionally, the successful candidate will define development goals for their team and provide support in achieving them.

They will also make prioritization decisions for personnel deployment in complex, cross-organizational projects, and will communicate and negotiate with stakeholders within the Architecture & Portfolio department, as well as other BWI departments, to mediate conflicting interests and goals.


The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, as well as at least 6 years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or IT portfolio management.

They should also have more than 4 years of experience in managing employees, with a proven track record in managing technical customer projects.

Knowledge of the IT structures of the German Armed Forces and strong process knowledge are desirable. Excellent communication skills and proactive stakeholder management are also important for this role.
