- Investigation, evaluation and further development of analysis methods for surface treatment processes
- Preparation and execution of experiments in the field of chemical analysis
- Development of technical specifications for the procurement of internal and external analysis techniques
- Introduction, verification and approval of respective processes and technologies
- Conducting training courses and providing advice and training to employees
- Participation in standardization and creation of corresponding documents
- Support in supplier management
- Planning, execution and documentation of internal and external audits

- Successfully completed degree in materials and process engineering or similar qualification
- Several years of experience or additional qualification in surface treatment
- Team and cooperation skills
- Very good English skills and good IT knowledge
- Willingness to travel for several days
