YoungCapital is a recruiting company that connects candidates (m/f/d) with suitable companies. In addition, we also work with external companies that publish their job advertisements with us, but recruit themselves. In this process, we have no influence on the content of the job advertisements or the recruitment process.


Your job will be to distribute our company's innovative products to end customers through our online shop, as well as marketplaces and B2B sales to our retailers.


What you will do:


  • Processing incoming orders from our customers
  • Managing our own online shop and supporting the optimization of ecommerce processes
  • Customer contact and support via phone and email
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing measures

Your profile:


  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration or completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in sales support is desirable
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with databases
  • Knowledge of ecommerce and online marketing is a plus
  • Teamwork, commitment, and initiative
