Field Service Representative IV

SUMMARY


The Field Service Representative IV role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the wellsite processing team, managing on-site activities, ensuring seamless workflows and providing exceptional field service to our customers.

Expertise in wellsite operations, core processing, and customer service will be essential in delivering high-quality services and maintaining strong client relationships.

The position requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends, holidays, and frequent domestic and international travel.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as team lead and primary point of contact at the wellsite, coordinating and overseeing the wellsite processing team and other related activities.
  • Coordinate and ensure seamless workflows in core processing operations, collaborating with the Wellsite Coordinator and other internal teams.
  • Prepare and submit job reports, field service tickets and any jobrelated data to client.
  • Conduct onsite visits to collect core and other samples, ensuring proper handling, labeling, and documentation.
  • Provide customers with unsupervised field service and technical support, related to three or more of the following:
  • CoreSta Epoxy Stabilization
  • WellSite Gamma and Wellsite Gamma Plus
  • Wellsite Core Processing
  • Mud Tracer services
  • CoreFreeze stabilization
  • Field Ticket generation
  • Commercial Invoice and/or Bill of Lading
  • Maintain wellsite equipment and assigned company vehicle.
  • Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, regulations, and best practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including supporting laboratory technicians and managers.
  • Assist in warehouse and laboratory operations when not in the field, as assigned.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Must be willing to work weekends, statutory holidays, and travel up to 85%, including domestic and international travel.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in three or more of the specialized areas mentioned above.
  • Previous experience in wellsite operations and core processing, preferably in a team lead capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and have an enthusiastic approach.
  • SafeLand and SafeGulf Training.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee wellsite activities.
  • Detailoriented with excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of core handling, preparation, and processing techniques.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide technical support in a field environment.
  • Ability to effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Demonstrates high level of dedication.
  • Willingness to work in field locations and travel as required.
  • Ability to perform under strict deadlines.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Familiarity with wellsite equipment maintenance and general vehicle maintenance.
  • Thorough understanding and adherence to HSE policies and regulations.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with both client and company personnel.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

  • Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY

  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to solve practical problems.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Valid passport.
