We are looking for a (m/f/d) employee for our emergency call center in Commerce, OK

Your future tasks will include:

  • Processing of alarm and fault reports
  • Recording and processing of elevator emergency calls
  • Receiving and handling customer and technician inquiries regarding the situation
  • Recording of fault reports and informing technicians, doctors, fire department or other helpers
  • Processing of fault reports in the system (recording of master data such as contact information and personal information of the caller regarding health conditions)

What you should bring:

  • High stress resistance in emergency situations
  • Willingness to work in shifts (Monday
  • Sunday, 6am10pm)
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Clean criminal record
  • Advantageous but not mandatory: experience in the security industry or proficiency examination 34a
