Leading Title Agency is seeking an experienced EVP- Business Development Professional with strong existing relationships to join our team. Must be motivated, hardworking, high energy and a self-starter.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Build and maintain relationships with Real Estate Attorneys, Lenders, and Developers.
  • Develop sales relationships.
  • Track and report appointments
  • Collaborate with management on Business Development.
  • Contribute to management evaluations

Requirements:


  • 5+ years' experience in real estate title
  • Exceptional facilitation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accountability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented and communicate proficiently
  • Creative problemsolving skills
  • Travel when necessary
  • High energy, a positive attitude a must
  • Team Player and strong negotiation skills

The annual base salary for this position is $100,000
