As a Personnel Services Specialist, you will provide clients with all services related to personnel. This includes recruiting and managing temporary employees, as well as planning and organizing their assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Communicating and collaborating with business partners
Managing and controlling administrative tasks
Recruiting and managing personnel
Acquiring contracts, recruiting, and scheduling

This training program for a Personnel Services Specialist is conducted through a dual system.

The theoretical training takes place in Düsseldorf, while the practical part is completed through an internship at an authorized company.

You will be taught by experienced instructors, and the program takes two years to complete full-time.
