    Description

    About the Position:
    Join WSFS Bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer where you will be responsible for marketing and originating residential mortgage loans to individuals and professional organizations.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional service to customers and prospective customers looking for residential mortgage loans
    • Conduct interviews with applicants to gather relevant financial information and analyze data
    • Ensure customers understand the loan process thoroughly
    • Stay updated on the local real estate market trends and regulations

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum of three years of experience in marketing and originating residential mortgage loans
    • Proven effective sales skills
    • Excellent time management and self-motivation
    • Willingness to travel to various locations for presentations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
    • Superior customer service and communication skills
    • Experience with Mortgage origination software is a plus
