Your tasks

  • You support Supplier Quality Management and global procurement by independently taking on small projects (e.g. material compliance inquiries for new projects or sustainability initiatives)
  • You actively participate in the integration of new and existing suppliers in SAP Ariba and in the creation of purchase orders
  • In addition, you support the review and updating of purchasing-related data in the SAP system (e.g. creating info records, adjusting price changes)

Your qualifications

  • You are currently studying in the fields of medical technology, business administration, or natural sciences and are looking to complete your mandatory internship in the next semester
  • You have excellent knowledge of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and good English skills in both written and spoken form
  • You are highly team-oriented, have analytical thinking skills, and enjoy working in a structured and independent manner
  • Technical interest is a plus
