Join our team as an employment counselor at the job center in Louisville, KS and help our clients with their professional and social integration.

Through intensive counseling and tailored integration services, you will open up opportunities and perspectives in the job market.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will recruit employers to work with us and support them in finding the right personnel.
You will advise employer clients on integration services according to the Social Code Book II.
You will carry out placement activities while considering individual integration plans.
You will work closely with the Employment Agency in supporting employer clients.

Your qualifications

You have a (university) degree or at least three years of professional experience in tasks and requirements comparable to the advertised position.
You also have a (specialized) high school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, or completed vocational training.
We value a positive attitude towards all people, first sales experience, and experience in networking.
You have a confident demeanor and tact in dealing with employer clients, cooperation and network partners.
You act customeroriented in various conversation situations and during high customer volume.
You enjoy working independently and have strong organizational skills.
