Your Role:

As a Baker (m/f/d), you are an essential part of our team. Your passion for baking and your craftsmanship are crucial for the production of our diverse bread and pastry selection. We offer you the opportunity to work in a challenging and dynamic environment and to further develop your skills.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Production of bread, rolls, and other baked goods using traditional and modern recipes.
  • Monitoring of dough preparation and baking processes.
  • Creative development of new bread and pastry varieties.
  • Ensuring product quality and compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • Inventory management and storage.
  • Collaboration with the Master Baker and the entire team.

What We Expect:


  • Completed apprenticeship as a Baker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in a bakery is desirable.
  • Practical knowledge of dough preparation and baking processes.
  • Team spirit, communication skills, and flexibility.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
