Part-time maternity cover (20 hours/week), fixed-term until May 2026

Together with your team colleagues and the Head of HR, you will support our leadership team as an HR Generalist (m/f/d).

As a dedicated individual in this role, you will provide guidance and support to our managers on all personnel matters and employment law issues.

With a conscientious work style and strong social skills, you will enrich our existing HR team in Salzburg.


How you will contribute:


What you bring to the table:

  • Advising managers on personnel matters (e.g. time tracking, parental leave, part-time options, etc.)
  • Personnel administration and contract management (e.g. for new hires, agreements for parental, educational, or partial retirement, etc.)
  • Key user and administrator of the time tracking system
  • Participation in projects (e.g. career fairs, employee events, charity partnerships)
  • Maintenance of personnel files
  • Responsible, reliable, and strong communication skills
  • Independent, precise, and structured work style
