What to expect:


The Contribution Law and Service department primarily handles legal disputes related to the collection of broadcasting fees and advises the director and the organization on specific individual broadcasting fee issues.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Independently handling administrative court proceedings in contribution law and representing the organization in all instances
  • Handling (formal) inquiries to the management and committees regarding contribution law
  • Managing legal matters related to broadcasting fees
  • Collaboration with ARD/ZDF in specialized groups
  • Planning and conducting internal training and external consulting on broadcasting fees
  • Completing special tasks

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed education as a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d)
  • Good knowledge of public law
  • Proficiency in written and verbal expression
  • High level of commitment and resilience
  • Confident and friendly demeanor
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
