Head of HR Digitalization & Transformation (m/f/d)

Introduction

Digitalization and developments in the job market are dynamic drivers of HR transformation. Your tasks

Further development and implementation of the strategic roadmap for HR digitalization, including portfolio and cost management
Overall management of HR projects, monitoring of project progress, and ensuring goal achievement (PMO department)
Establishment and moderation of a consistent requirements management system to ensure globally standardized and "leading practice" processes (HR IT governance)
Coordination of change communication and participation in upskilling initiatives

Your profile

Experience in using agile methods in project management or product development
Several years of experience in a senior manager position in HR or as a management consultant with proven success in digitalization projects
Experienced and assertive in dealing with various stakeholders
Independent, structured, and action-oriented way of
