  • Our dedicated and dynamic sales team (m/f/d) is looking for reinforcement. To provide the best possible support to our customers, we are looking for a technically and personally convincing
    Area Sales Manager in Field Sales (m/f/d) for the
    southern Hamburg region and the directly adjacent surrounding area as soon as possible.
Our Area Sales Managers (m/f/d) are responsible for developing our customers and making them more successful every day.

In a friendly and family-like atmosphere where teamwork is highly valued, we strive together to turn our customers into Hoffmann fans.


Your responsibilities:


  • Consulting and support for our customers across the entire Hoffmann product portfolio
  • Expansion of the existing customer structure as well as active acquisition of new customers in existing and new industries
  • Holistic responsibility for your territory with support from specialists in internal and external sales
  • Observation and analysis of products and sales systems on the market, as well as consultation regarding the added value provided by Hoffmann
  • Conducting customer events and participating in trade fairs

Your skills:


  • Solid technical education (master's or technician's degree) or a commercial education with technical affinity
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in technical field sales
  • Dynamic sales personality with the ambition to continuously familiarize yourself with new products and topics
  • Strong customer and service orientation, including the ability to analyze customer needs and build longterm relationships
  • High selfmotivation, good networking skills, teamwork
