Job Description

  • As a full-fledged member of our agile People & Culture team, you will gain insights into topics such as leadership, transformation, agile work, and the strategy of our newly founded department, Bosch Global Real Estate.
  • In addition, you will work with us to develop ideas and concepts for our diverse strategic topics and implement them independently.
  • You will also be involved in topics such as leadership enabling, competency management, and training.
  • Become part of our team and drive active change management, as we continue to develop our department sustainably.
  • Furthermore, you will support us in creating management documents and conducting internal events and workshops.
