We are seeking an IT Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at our Head Office in Munich, specifically for our Newbury location. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the management of the IT department and maintaining the IT infrastructure for the Central Europe region (DE, AT, CZ, NL).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with various departments to plan IT projects.
Provide support for IT requests at the Central Europe Head Office and manage the IT ticketing system.
Assist with IT hardware and custom software.
Administer and monitor hardware, software, and peripherals.
Provide technical support for software applications and hardware systems.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices at stores and the Head Office.
Ensure compliance with group guidelines for all IT systems.
Create documentation and conduct user training.
